Born in the 80s in western Romania, educated in Clinical Psychology. Living and working in Berlin. Sometimes, I write.
Multidisciplinary artist, experimenting in the field of photography, sculptural soldering, film, poetry and sound immersion, using dream material, metal and mirror. My practice is usually intuitive and observation-based, exploring recurring patterns—either visual or theoretical; aiming to develop a researched approach.
Each work functions as both document and meditation, while taking inspiration from urban geometries, history of specific types of landscape, the spectrum of emotionality, new sensorials, memory as tangible object and its implications—continuously shifting between the organic and the constructed.
Over the past decade, my experience has extended into commissioned images and short film; event documentation for cultural institutions and organisations, such as Humanity in Action, Bund Deutscher Landschaftsarchitekt:innen, CJD Panorama, Haus für Poesie, as well as theater festivals and a political campaign.
Currently interested in protocols of empathy within conventional medicine, as well as patient experience and new ways of putting emphasis on prevention.
